PELLEGRINI MAY LEAVE FOOTBALL MANAGEMENT AS HE WEIGHS ON HIS FUTURE

Outgoing Man City boss Manuel Pellegrino has hinted of him leaving football management if prospects in the game don't interest him. He noted this in an interview with the media despite having links of him going to Everton Fc.

Pepe Guardiola, who finished his job at Bayern, is coming to take up the helms of management at the Etihad this summer. The 62-year-old  Chilean guided City to 3 trophies in his spell with the English Side, who made a record in reaching the Semifinals of the UEFA Champions League before the eventual winner R.Madrid led them out.

Pellegrini took charge at City in 2013 and had enough resources from the Club owner to bolster the squad strength which helped them to win the Premier League of 2014 as favourite contenders Liverpool slipped in the title race.

Whichever one he wants to engage in, one can't help but wish him well!

The Premier League is hitting up!!

MEXICAN WORLDCUP PLAYER KIDNAPPED IN CITY

There has been an unusual presence of Police forces in the state of Tamaulipas, which is very prone to crime related acts in Mexico.

Why are the Police heavily deployed in the state?

A monstrous evil has happened!

25-year-old Alan Pulido, a forward for Olympiacos of Greece has been kidnapped early Sunday 29th May after Sources reported that he went for an event. He may have been abducted by drug gangsters as reports come in pending a proper investigation by security personnel.

The Mexican forward who was part of Mexico's 2014 World Cup squad left Mexico to ply his football trade in Europe in the same 2014.

It would be recalled that Carlos Osorio, National team coach recently noted that Pulido has the right quality to be on the squad, but was left off of being part of the squad to feature in the coming Copa America due to the legal dispute he has with his former club, Tigres.

However, the Tigres Club has condoled with the player's family over the sad development through one of the social media pages thus tweeting ''@TigresOficial expresa su solidaridad con la familia de @puliidooo ante la difícil situación que atraviesan.''

We at TSWL hope the player gets rescued hale and hearty.

IS CHELSEA SIGNING LEFT BACK EMANUEL MAMMANA?

River Plate FC of Argentina has thrown its doors open to Chelsea FC to come up and sign their defender Emanuel Mammana, who is interested in joining the club side. The 20-year old who has his contract with River Plate till 2019 to expire is available for Chelsea to pay a sum of up to £8m to secure his signature.
However, the London outfit will have to battle with Sera A clubs for the defender's services.
Reliable sources confided with TSWL that the player's agent Hernan has been to London to have talks with Chelsea.
Hopefully, Emanuel may be coming to London this time because Arsenal had previously shown interest in him which did not materialise but Chelsea may have to scale through this time.
Mammana has made 16 appearances for the Argentine club side in the current season.
He sure will make an impact in the English League when he's signed.

REAL MADRID GRAB THEIR 11th CHAMPIONS LEAGUE TITLE AFTER BEATING ATLETICO

It was an atmosphere of a battle between two teams from the same state, the same country–for just one thing, the UEFA trophy.
The environment was initially that of cheers as Alicia Key opened up this year champions league final with her song(she is the first woman to do that).
San Siro, the AC MILAN stadium and venue of this year UEFA Final already filled up as the players filed out for the game.
An early goal from Sergio Ramos(who had created history as the only defender to score in two champion's final) in the 15th minutes put Real Madrid ahead of their opponent and the Zidane boys maintain the tempo until the end of the first half.

Atletico Madrid opened the second half with more ball possession than Real Madrid, and their effort to put the ball into the Real Madrid's net was lucky when Carrasco arrested an unbelievable crossing in the 79minutes.
More shots on targets from the Real Madrid forwarders put the Atletico Madrid stopper into a crucial test as he manages to hold on and extend the game into a 3rd and 4th half and then the penalty shootout.

Goals from all the Real Madrid penalty shooters including the last thundering shot from Cristiano Ronaldo was enough to give Real their 11th UEFA TITLE after Atletico Juanfran shot fail to hit the net.

Diego Simeone might have proved to be an exception coach after leading his side to the champion league final even though it involved winning the likes of BARCELONA AND BAYERN MUNICH but Real Zinedine has proved he his the better one.
HALA MADRID ''LA UNDECIMA'': CHAMPIONS OF EUROPE

After a very spirited play in Milan, 120 minutes was not enough to get an eventual winner for the 2015/2015 Champions league cup, the winner was finally decided in a penalty shootout. The Los Blancos outfit saw themselves to their ''Undecima''  European Champions League glory.

Real Madrid opened the scoring in the 15 minute by Ramos assisted by a Bale header. However, Atletico fought on in the first half trying to get an equaliser which didn't go through.
Three minutes into the second half saw Griezmann hitting his penalty unto the goal post bar and coming off speedily. Later replays showed that the referee didn't make a right call on the penalty which was missed.
Atletico fired on from all angles which saw Carrasco slotting in a cut-in pass from JuanFran in the 79th minute putting the game at levels.
After 90 minutes, no winner emerged despite Real Madrid pushing in and trying to get a late winner at the San Siro.

The game entered into the extra time with none of the teams scoring.
Then the penalty shootout was the eventual decider.
Cristiano Ronaldo stole the show as he scored the final winner of the shootout after Juanfran missed his shot as his ball hit the side bar of the goal post.
Atletico Madrid has now missed in clinching the European Cup  starting from the 1974 final which they lost in a replayed game to Bayern Munich to losing in Lisbon two seasons ago and a repeat in Italy to same Real Madrid neighbours.

Thus, Real Madrid wins their 11th European Crown with Manager Zinedine Zidane making the history.
