ANNOUNCED – FRESH MANAGEMENT FOR NIGER TORNADOES FC


Report reaching TSWL says that the  Permanent Secretary -Ministry of Sports in Niger state, Ramatu Suleiman has signed a report in which they have effected some changes in the management of the state-owned club.
The management will now be 8 members as contained in the statement which the team manager Garba Umaru and secretary Ibrahim Lawal were replaced.
Marketing Officer 1, Liaison Officer, and Assistant Welfare Officer are the positions that are removed entirely. The new development which was approved on Wednesday 1st June 2016 by the Commissioner of Sports Development and Youth Affairs has the Vice chairman - Musa Matene, Club Chairman – Adamu Aliyu and George Daniya ¬-Media officer still retaining their posts.
 It is looked upon that the reshuffled management takes the Nigerian year 2000 FA  Cup winners to a greater height. The club plays their home games at Bako Kontagora Stadium in the state. The team is 14th in the NPFL table from 18 games so far.
